Non-Lucrative Residency
The Non-Lucrative Spain Residency Permit is for applicants who wish to retire in Spain, or for those that are able to conduct their business remotely with Spainish Residency and their Residency in Spain.
To obtain Residency in Spain this permit requires proof of receiving a regular income anywhere in the world either from a business activity, corporate dividends or interest on investments. It does not allow the applicant to officially work in Spain.

The Investor-Residency , or as some call it the Golden Visa, is for applicants who wish to benefit from the advantages of being a resident in Spain and yet not be classed as a resident for tax purposes. This permit requires an investment of at least 500.000€ in Spanish property (one or several), per applicant. Provided the first €500,000 of the property value is unencumbered. It is also possible to apply by depositing €1,000,000 in a Spanish bank account.
Self-Employed Residency
The Self-Employed Residency Permit is for applicants who wish to start a business in Spain. This permit allows the applicant to officially work and reside in Spain, leading to Spanish Citizenhip through their Residency in Spain.
