Whether you can carry out your residency application from within Spain or not, depends upon from where you are a citizen.
- EU national citizens
if you are an EU national citizen then your residency application can be made from within Spain. There are requirements which must be fulfilled and we recommend the appointment of a legal advisor for the preparation and completion of this residency. - Non-EU national citizens (third-country nationals)
if you are a citizen of a non-EU country, your application cannot be made from within Spain but can be made through the Spanish legal offices from within your country of nationality. These are technical applications and require legal guidance. We would be happy to assist.
