Digital-Nomad Visa
Spain’s Digital Nomad Visa allows non-EU citizens to live and work remotely in Spain for up to a year, with the possibility of renewal. Applicants must prove remote income with non-Spanish partners.
Non-Lucrative Residency
This residency is for applicants who either wish to retire in Spain or for those who have businesses abroad which does not require the applicant to work, demonstrating that they have a stable source of income without having to work in Spain. Income: For this application we must demonstrate minimum income of €26,000 per annum (approx.) and additional earnings of at least €6,500 per annum per additional applicant (spouse and/or children under 18 years old).
Student-Visa
A Student-Visa can include additional resident-permits for dependant Family Members. Student-Visas permit work as Employee or as Self-Employed in Spain. The student should study for and obtain a title in a registered Spanish education entity. It allows the student to work as an employee or as self-employed for up to 30 hours per week.
Student-visa applications can be made from within Spain as a tourist and obtain a response on your application within 30 days.
Self-Employed Residency
Spain’s Self-Employed Visa (also known as the “autónomo” visa) allows non-EU citizens to live and work in Spain by setting up their own business or working freelance. Applicants must demonstrate sufficient financial means, a viable business plan, and meet other requirements.
