The de-escalation of Spain´s ´State Of Alarm’

The phases for the de-escalation of Spain´s ´State Of Alarm´ Royal Decree 463/2020 have been set out by the Spanish government with an idea to work towards a ´new-normality´ as quickly as possible.

Both fatalities and new cases of COVID-19 have reduced significantly to a level which permits the start of a ´new-normality´, which maintains social distancing and extreme hygene, will allow Spain to return to it´s commercial and cultural level.

Permanent residency is obtained after 5 years of Spanish Residency through Self-Empoyed Residency or Non-Lucrative Residency or Residency through Investment. This followed by 5 years as a permanent resident and means you can then obtain Spanish Citizenship with a Spanish Passport.
