WHAT IS THE SPAIN DIGITAL NOMAD VISA?:

- Clean Criminal Record: Provide a certificate of clean criminal records from your country/ countries of residence, duly translated and apostilled.
MAIN BENEFITS OF THE DIGITAL NOMAD VISA:
- Initial 1-Year Residency, Renewable to 3: You receive an initial permit for up to 1 year, which can then be renewed for an additional 2 years (for a total of 3).
- Pathway to Permanent Residency: After 5 years of legal and continuous residence in Spain, you can apply for permanent residency.
- Attractive Tax Regime (Optional): You can opt for a special tax regime for the first 4 years, paying the Non-Resident Income Tax (IRNR) at a reduced rate.
