➢ NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT SITUATION
The determination of the national employment situation has been reformed, included in article 65 of the Regulation of Organic Law 4/2000, of January 11, in order to create a Catalog of Occupations with Difficult Coverage that allows a more exact photograph of the needs of the labor market.
What novelties does the elaboration of the Catalog of occupations of difficult coverage present?
➢ The preparation procedure will be established by order of the head of the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory, at the proposal of the heads of the Ministries of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration and Labor and Social Economy.
➢ In addition, those occupations belonging to the economic sectors determined by Agreement of the Delegate Commission of the Government for Economic Affairs, at the proposal of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, will be incorporated.
How is the procedure to obtain the certification of insufficiency of plaintiffs?
A job offer must be submitted on the Empléate portal and the Public Employment Services, who will publicize the job offer for a period of eight days. After this period, the employer must notify the Public Employment Service of the result of the selection of candidates who have applied to fill the vacant jobs, indicating the candidates who have been admitted and those who have been rejected, as well as the cause. of rejection. The Public Employment Service will issue the certification of insufficient applicants within a maximum period of three days from the communication by the employer of the result of the selection.
