HOW TO OBTAIN A GOLDEN-VISA:

To qualify for the Golden-Visa in Spain it is required to invest in a freehold property, without a mortgage, worth 500,000 euros or through a Residency Authorization as an Investor in Spain with the deposit of 1 million Euros in a Spanish Bank account in the applicant’s name.

You qualify for a Golden Visa or Investor Residency whether you buy a single property valued at 500,000 euros or multiple properties adding up to that amount of if you deposit 1 million euros in a Spanish bank account in the applicants name.

How to apply for a Golden-Visa
It is required to submit your application for Residency Authorization as an Investor through the correct channels of the Spanish government (UGE).
Should you use our legal services, we will work together with you to prepare the required certificates and documents, advise on which ones of these need to be translated and which need to carry an apostle, complete the application documents, attach any other required legal letters, compile, and make the application. Once you arrive in Spain, we will also organise appointments for you to complete your residency here.

As first family members, you can reunite your spouse or common-law partner together with your children who are minors or adult children who are financial dependants. Parents who are also financial dependants can also be reunited.

Like any other residency permission, you can enter and exit Spain as needed, provided your residency card and passport are valid. Being in Spain is not required for its renewal.
