    – Making a €1 million deposit in a Spanish bank
    – Creating a new company in Spain that creates at least 10 jobs
    – Investing in Spanish infrastructure projects worth at least €5 million

  2. Eligibility

    To be eligible for the Golden Visa, you must be over the age of 18, have a clean criminal record, and have the financial resources to support yourself and your family in Spain.

  3. Application

    You can apply for the Golden Visa at the Spanish embassy or consulate in your home country, or at the Spanish Immigration Office in Spain.

  4. Validity

    The initial Golden Visa is valid for two or three years, depending upon from where the applicaiotn is made. After this time, the visa can be renewed for another five years.

  5. Travel

    You can travel freely within the Schengen Area with a Golden Visa.

  6. Family members

    Your spouse, children under the age of 18, and parents can also apply for a Golden Visa.

  7. Criminal record

    You must have a clean criminal record in Spain and your home country.

  8. Financial resources

    You must provide proof that you have the financial resources to support yourself and your family in Spain. This can be done by providing bank statements, investment certificates, or other financial documents.

  9. Spanish nationality

    After five years of continuous residence in Spain with a Golden Visa, you can apply for long term residency, and after, Spanish citizenship.
