WHAT IS THE 2026 IMMIGRATION AMNESTY?:
This extraordinary measure is officially known as the “Proceso de Regularización Extraordinaria” (Extraordinary Regularization Process). It was approved by the Spanish government to address the large number of undocumented migrants who had established roots in Spain before the end of 2025.

- Not be banned from entering Spain or have a pending expulsion order.
